CIAK Group has completed the acquisition of Technolub d.o.o. Belgrade, one of the leading distributors of oils and other lubricants in Serbia and the wider regional market.
Technolub generates more than EUR 9 million in annual revenue and employs over 25 people. Over the years, the company has built a strong market position through high-quality service, professional expertise, a long-term approach to business development, and close relationships with customers and partners.
The acquisition of Technolub marks another important step in further strengthening CIAK Group’s operations in the Serbian market, where the Group is already present through CIAK Auto Serbia. By combining the business expertise, market experience, and complementary portfolios of the two companies, additional opportunities are being created for further growth and for providing an even higher level of service to customers.
Technolub will continue to develop its business under the leadership of Mr Matković as Chief Executive Officer, with the support of CIAK Group and a continued focus on strengthening expertise, expanding its product offering, and further improving service quality.
With this acquisition, CIAK Group is further strengthening its presence across the Adria region, where it operates in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
