Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and in line with transparent information distribution to the CIAK Group investors, as well to other participants in business and financial sector, CIAK Group hereby announces that the company C.I.A.K. Auto d.o.o. Croatia signed the acquisition transaction of two companies on 16th April 2024 – STAHLGRUBER trgovina d.o.o. Ljubljana and SIM IMPEX Banja Luka d.o.o., parts of LKQ Europe.
STAHLGRUBER trgovina d.o.o. Ljubljana (Slovenia) transaction execution has been fully completed, while transaction execution of the company SIM IMPEX d.o.o. Banja Luka remains subject to approval by the responsible authorities. Therefore, considering independency of external institutions, all further notices about SIM IMPEX d.o.o. Banja Luka will be promptly announced upon decisions passed by the relevant external institutions.
Company STAHLGRUBER trgovina d.o.o. Ljubljana is one of the independent automotive aftermarket distributors (IAM) in Slovenia, generating turnover of 12 million EUR through its three branches and with a portfolio of over 100.000 references. With an experienced team which will continue to be led by Mr. Benjamin Lenart as CEO, and with business culture and business expertise very similar to the company CIAK Auto, we expect to fully utilise the synergies and enable the Company for an even better result in the coming years as C.I.A.K. Auto Slovenia, while also utilizing all positive aspects of the Company to further strengthen CIAK Auto market position in Adria region.
Taking into consideration CIAK Group core business and its presence in Slovenia, company STAHLGRUBER trgovina d.o.o. is one of the next steps for us (CIAK) to do the consolidation in South and Eastern Europe.
