The circular economy is more than just a concept for a sustainable future. At CIAK Group, it has been an integral part of our business for decades.
Through **CIAK EcoCycle**, we have developed a comprehensive battery management system that connects the distribution of new batteries, the collection of used batteries from retail outlets and service centres, and their recovery and recycling.
The process does not end when a product becomes waste. At our Recycling Centre, used batteries are recovered and processed, while the lead obtained through recycling is returned to the production cycle and used to manufacture new batteries.
This closes the loop:
new battery → use → collection → recycling → new raw material → new product.
It is a practical example of the circular economy in action – a system in which valuable materials are returned to the production cycle, enabling a more responsible approach to resources and the environment.
